By using riserveo.org and Reserveo applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

The service

Reserveo provides marketing information and, when apps are available, tools for beauty and barber booking, shop operations, social, and related marketplace features. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for account credentials and for lawful use of the platform. Do not misuse booking, queue, social, payments, or marketplace features, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Shops & clients

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, hours, and policies they publish. Clients are responsible for honouring bookings and shop rules (including cancellation or no-show policies where shown).

Disclaimer

The website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of every kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reserveo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Booking & appointments

Multi-step booking: service → staff → date/time → review & confirm. Manage upcoming visits, pay no-show fees, and respect shop cancellation rules.

  • Waiting list — If no slots are free, join a waitlist and get notified when a seat opens.
  • No-show / outstanding charges — Unpaid no-show fees can block new bookings until settled.
  • Cancellation policy — Surfaces shop fee/cancel rules when the API provides them.
  • Owner-created bookings — Owners can also create appointments for clients from the calendar.
