  • Login & forgot password — Sign in, request a reset code, set a new password after OTP.

Home, search & discovery

The customer home is the marketplace hub: categories, recommended salons, special offers, map preview, favorites, and country-aware pricing from GPS.

  • Special offers — Featured and nearby promotions; sample cards may show when the API returns none.
  • Explore tab — Search, recent searches, and artist/salon discovery.
  • GPS country & currency — Country from device location drives discovery feeds and local currency (e.g. PK → Rs).

Booking & appointments

Multi-step booking: service → staff → date/time → review & confirm. Manage upcoming visits, pay no-show fees, and respect shop cancellation rules.

  • Waiting list — If no slots are free, join a waitlist and get notified when a seat opens.
  • No-show / outstanding charges — Unpaid no-show fees can block new bookings until settled.
  • Cancellation policy — Surfaces shop fee/cancel rules when the API provides them.
